I just literally received Felicity's Tea Lesson. The problem is that the top of the Box is knicked in a few places? This is the first problem I have had with AG should I contact them over this?

I received mine today also. I really wouldn't worry about the box if the outfit is all right. Unless you are a box collector. I put mine on Felicity right away to make sure it fits. Still has extremely tight sleeves. I also tried on the other outfits, not at all happy with the way they fit. The length is terrible (historically correct or not) and the fit on a few of them is way to tight in the arms. I had a hard time getting them over the hands. The shoes will not fit with the socks on. Shame, shame on American Girl. GD's are going to have a hard time getting these oufits on the dolls and I'm sure over time I'll be making repairs.

What a bummer! I am still waiting for UPS to get here with all my stuff.... do you have a PM Lissie? Guess the outfits wont be changed that often then... the more you take them off and on the more chance of tearing or ripping something!

I tried them on a PM and a new doll. The body part is fine. Its just the sleeves that are not large enough. I gave serious though to boxing up the whole works and taking it back. I already told the GD's about it and I hate to disappoint them. If there are others here that are not having this problem, please let me know. Maybe I just received a bad shipment. I can understand if it was only one outfit, but three so far. I haven't tried on E's riding outfit or nightgown yet. I was just to frustrated to try!

I don't think it's just you - all the sleeves on my new dresses are tight too. I'm exchanging my tea dress and giving the others serious thought....

Return return return! Don't let AG's quality slip. Call them up and tell them that the sleeves are too difficult to get over the hands and have them send a replacement. These are childrens toys. It should not be difficult to dress the doll lol. If we as adults have to be careful, how can they expect an 8 year old to use their product?

I think she's talking about the wooden tea caddy in the Tea Lesson accessory set, not the new outfit. If the nicks bother you, call. Mine has a nick also but I never called because we will be playing with it so it will eventually get nicked anyway.

My new Felecity and Elizabeth arrived today and the ball gown sleeves wouldn't got up Elizabeth's arms. The gold shoes wouldn't go on over the socks either. This is my first big order from AG and I am very disappointed.
